What We Grow
An important part of our plan for our farm is diversification to help manage risk, and allow us to offer fresh fruit throughout as long a season as we can manage in Wisconsin!
Below is a list of our main crops and their approximate availability. Weather events--especially cold or warm springs--can throw this off, so watch our updates or check in for more accurate info.
In addition, our excess and 2nd-quality fruit go into homemade value-added products, including jams and jellies, chutneys, and apple butter, available at farmers market only.
